Accessible housing register
Kensington and Chelsea has carried out an access survey on the majority of the social housing within the borough. Information has been collected about the number of steps into the property, internal facilities and whether any adaptations have been made. The access information is then used to assign the property a category.
Properties in other areas
Kensington and Chelsea is one of the smallest and most built up boroughs in London. We have nomination rights to properties with Registered Providers (RP’s) in other parts of London. These areas include West Drayton, Mitcham, Hackney and Hillingdon. All these areas have good transport links.
