If You Bid For a Property
The information you have provided in making a housing application is legally managed by the Borough or Housing Association you have applied to. It is not usually made available to any other party.
If you bid for a property owned by a Housing Association or any other landlord than the one you are registered with some of your relevant personal information may be made available to them. If you are a successful bidder details will be provided to allow the landlord to contact you, and confirm your suitability for the property. Making a bid for a property is seen as your consent for this information to be passed onto the other landlord.
Any information provided will not be used for any other purpose without your permission and will not be kept longer than necessary.
